By using the IsabokeLaw.com website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. Once a trademark is submitted to the USPTO office, there is no refund provided to the client whatsoever. The client agrees to this understanding by submitting payment via Clio and submitting their engagement letter to our firm for representation. There are no exceptions to this refund policy.

 

Hours of Operation:

Clients can contact our firm during our business hours, via email or by telephone. Our hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00am -5:00pm EST. All calls and emails can expect to be returned within 24-48 hours, during the work week or by COB on Tuesdays if sent on the weekend. 

Use of your Personal Information 

IsabokeLaw.com collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.
