ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Attorney Liscah Isaboke is a seasoned business and IP attorney, entrepreneur, and investor who has built a reputation for merging legal expertise with business strategy. She founded Isaboke Law Firm in 2021, bootstrapping it into a thriving practice that has guided hundreds of business owners through formation, structuring, trademark protection, and complex contract negotiations.
Her entrepreneurial drive started early. As an undergraduate student at East Carolina University, she built a small essay-writing and tutoring business, charging classmates for editing and guidance. What began as a side hustle became her first lesson in entrepreneurship: identifying a need, offering value, and running a business even with limited resources. That same mindset carried into her legal career, where she has since helped hundreds of business owners protect and scale their ventures.
Her transactional legal career began in intellectual property, with two years as a student patent attorney and in-house training at SAS Institute in Cary, North Carolina, where she supported one of the nation’s leading analytics and artificial intelligence companies. Today, that technical rigor and business insight distinguish her counsel for founders and executives.
In addition to her legal practice, she works alongside private equity firms and venture capitalists, identifying high-potential businesses and guiding strategic investments. This rare intersection of law, entrepreneurship, and finance has made her a trusted advisor to both founders building their empires and investors expanding their portfolios.
