Start-Up Scale Package

Pre-Purchase & Engagement Terms

1. Required Company Information.
   As a condition to ordering any Start-Up Package, you must provide us with (a) the full name of the proposed company and (b) the full legal names and addresses of all members or shareholders. We cannot process your order without this information.

2. Pre-Purchase Information Form.
   Prior to checkout, you must complete and submit our Pre-Purchase Information Form in its entirety. Orders submitted without a fully completed form will be placed on hold and may be canceled if the required details are not provided within five (5) business days.

3. Conflict of Interest Check.
   No work will commence, and no legal engagement will be deemed effective, until we complete and clear a conflicts-of-interest review under the North Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct. If a conflict is identified, we will notify you promptly and refund any unearned fees.

4. Use Period.
   All services and deliverables included in your package must be requested and used within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. After this 90-day period, any unused services will expire, and additional work will be subject to our standard hourly rates or a separate fee arrangement.

5. Effect of Non-Compliance.
   Failure to provide the required information, complete the form prior to checkout, or clear the conflicts check will delay or prevent delivery of services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your order and retain any fees earned up to the date of termination, in accordance with our Client Engagement Agreement.

Package fees cover only the services expressly listed above. State-level filing fees, registered-agent fees, third-party costs (e.g., expedited filings), and any litigation or dispute work are not included and will be quoted separately. All work is performed pursuant to our standard engagement agreement. Package pricing is subject to change.
